Roberta has studied many different genres of dance but once introduced to Hip-Hop & Street styles, it quickly became her main focus. Roberta continues to train in multiple Street styles with a non-stop growing passion for the culture of Hip Hop. Roberta is one of the most sought after choreographers and teachers in Western Canada however it doesn’t stop there! Her crews and choreography are continually recognized at competitions and festivals on an international level. Roberta is a member and choreographer for the elite, all female dance crew, Diamonds in the Rough and Director of RUFFNECKS crew. She is also a Director and Choreographer for the reputable Canadian mega crew, TwoFourSeven Company who are the Body Rock 2017 1st Place Champions, World of Dance 2018 Los Angeles 1st Place Champions, Release 2019 Champions; and the list goes on. Roberta is known for teaching memorable classes filled with high energy and education that goes beyond just the ‘the steps’. She has had the opportunity to travel and teach around the world. Momo was also a semi-finalist in the House Category at the Vancouver Street Dance Festival in 2018. Currently residing and training in Vancouver, Momo is originally from Japan, and brings a unique, creative, and dynamic style to the dance floor, which stems from her extensive career. She started classical ballet in grade one, contemporary dance in grade ten, and then street dance (breaking, house) in university. Her post secondary training includes: the Scholarship dance program, the Source Dance Company and Souldiers Dance Company. During her training, Hannah fell in love with hip hop and began to hone her focus within street styles. After spending many summers in New York training, performing and battling, she has gained a deeper understanding of hip hop culture and history. Her latest style she’s added to her repertoire is Litefeet. She was even selected to represent Litefeet Nation and perform with Chrybaby Cozie at the 2018 Brooklyn Hip Hop festival. Hannah’s screen dance credits include Netflix’s Christmas Chronicles 2, CBS’s The Twilight Zone, Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Syfy’s The Magicians, Nat Geo’s Valley of the Boom, and Disney’s Freaky Friday. She’s also performed as an opening act for artists Mya, Meek Mill, Fabolous, B.O.B., Pusha T and Raekwon. She is a member of the powerhouse female crew Diamonds in the Rough and travels as a crew member throughout the U.S and Canada performing, teaching and battling. She has also adjudicated many festivals and dance competitions throughout the Lower Mainland where she loves connecting with the youth and sharing her knowledge and experience with the upcoming generation. Her fire, passion and positivity always shine through whether she is working on set, performing on stage, choreographing a show, or in a studio with her students.
